I went to Casey’s at 5:05 in the afternoon to gas up my car. When I get there, there’s a sign saying that I must pre-pay for pump number seven. I go inside and there’s a man at the cash register. I wait for him to finish and I’m standing on the other side where there’s another opening at the cash register. When he is done, I had my cars to the cashier and ask her to put $10 on pump number 7. She commences to tell me that I’m standing in the wrong spot, and for future service, I need to stand behind the man, I instantly got angry, and told her that I am a 52-year-old woman that doesn’t need to be told where to stand. I waited my turn. I did not interrupt when he was done. I handed her the card, and I was very offended by what she did. I simply wanted to get $10 in gas and then was told that if I didn’t stand in the certain spot. So the next man comes in line while I’m trying to get the managers telephone number from other employees and I tell him wait a minute are you standing in the exact right spot and then I asked the cashier is he standing in the right spot is he able to get service? Is he in the right spot? Simply to make my point but now I can’t even reach Anyone. The number I was given for “TJ” who is the manager go straight to voicemail and the voicemail box is full
