My brother in law suggested this company in Cincinnati, Ohio. I ordered 2 windows on 9/14/2015 and was told 4-6 weeks to install. I have been calling the company and first was told my windows would be in on 10/16/2015. Okay they would call me for me install. Finally had to call them on 11/3/2015 and was now told they would install in December! When I told them I wanted to cancel well too bad look on the back of the contract --there is nothing on the back of contract Now they want to install my windows on 12/14/2015 in the middle of holidays! They are not willing to work with you and basically told me too bad! WOULD NOT USE THE COMPANY
