I haven’t been a regular customer but was looking for a suitable substitute for Erlanger Kroger, and or Florence Ky remkes. Your store is 2-3 times the size, with ONE open live check out. Not going back. To boot you don’t have my selection of products. Also a recent problem, especially with Kroger where I have been shopping for the past 30 years. Can’t blame it on covid. That excuse stores use for outrageous prices. Can’t use it for lack of employees too. Take your pick. Anyway there’s my heads up. Done. Prices at all three stores is absolutely outrageous. Yes I know if you open 2 more check outs at once you have to raise prices, we’ll bULL crap to that. Guess if prices and lines are the same or worse, I’ll take the smaller store rather than spending all day looking for something
