Buffalo Wild Wings

On 4/28/2023 we stopped at 5:30 at the 111 Jet Blvd Frankfort Kentucky location. Upon enter several employees looked at us but no one spoke to us then finally a middle aged blonde haired lady reluctantly seated us. This was the most unwelcome restaurant we have ever set food in, it was as though they hoped we would walk out. After several minutes of sitting a young girl named Alexis stated she was our server. Drinks were served and our meal ordered, there was four of us and our food came out in 3 different intervals with the last order being at least 10 minutes later than everyone else’s. Three of us were done eating way before the fourth person was. No drink refills were offered, the food was warm to be generous and it was not worth the $81.33 it cost. I fully understand staffing issues etc, but attitudes were a huge issue at our visit, the atmosphere was unwelcoming. If the restaurant would have been busy when we were there I would have been more apt to understand the bad attitudes, but it was far from busy, in fact there were less than 8 tables. I truly cannot state how disappointed we were with our experience and most certainly will not be back.
