I placed 8 orders with GotPrint for Sign Boards totaling over $3200.00 to be shipped to 2 different states. The art for each state was different. The 2 invoices that were messed up were Inv. [protected] & Inv. [protected]. GotPrint mixed the art and sent it 5 of each to the wrong state. i.e. one state received 5 of 10 correct and the other state received 12 of 17 correct. It was very obvious what had happened. The customer service was basically nonexistent. There was not an extension to talk with them. Everything had to be handled via email with a 24-48 hour turnaround. While waiting the 48 or better hours for a response from them, I reordered the product for the first complaint of my customer. My customer needed their product asap. A few days later, My other customer opened their package and had art from the other state and called to let me know. Again, while waiting for a response from GotPrint, I reordered the signboard so that my customer got taken care of. The way I feel about it is that customer told me it was wrong. I believed them. I corrected it. That is good customer service. I have no reason to believe that my customer lied to me and it was obvious to me when each of them got 5 of the wrong art that they had not. To this day, GotPrint has not and will not refund the money I paid to correct their mistake. They want to give me a store credit for$200 which is $56.15 less than what I paid to correct their mistake. I will never order from them again. Why would I want a store credit. They want me to send back the boards. I don't have them. If I did, I would. They were shipped directly to my Customer's people in the field. I am not bothering my customer with their pettiness at this point as I would not bother my customer with their pettiness over pictures in the beginning. I sent them snippets of emails from my customer showing that the art had gotten mixed up in packaging and shipping. My customer had a problem. I fixed it which is all that I am asking for Got Print. As I told them. My customer is happy and will order from me again. Theirs is not. I paid $256.15 out of my pocket to correct GotPrint's mistake. That is wrong. There is no other way to say it but it is just plain wrong. The plant manager of the Kentucky branch, Mike Foley, has not returned my phone call. I started to call again, but I thought why. He should be catering to me as his customer as I cater to mine. It is only good business. I only got the resolution offer after I let them know that I was going to escalate this if they did not refund my money. I have never seen such in my life. A huge corporation like GotPrint taking advantage of a Sole Proprietor like myself. I placed my order on November 9 and filed my original complaint on November 22 and Nov. 30. The printing quality or turnaround time is not in question here. They just mixed up the product in packaging/shipping. I did not do anything wrong. All I did was take care of my customer which is what I am asking for GotPrint to do here. Take care of their customer.
Desired outcome: A refund for Order # [protected] - $129.54 and Order # [protected] - 126.61 for a total of $265.15 to be credited back to my credit card for fixing their mistake and providing excellent customer service to my customer.
