I am writing to suggest finding a better way of letting your customers who are waiting on the list to tan, know that a bed is ready. You can be right beside the desk and still not hear your name being called. I have been skipped and marked off the waiting list several times while being on a machine very close by (might as well work out especially when there is a wait up to 45 min. most days) and also in the waiting area right beside the desk. You just can't hear them speak. I've also showed the front desk person where I would be, only steps away and have still gotten skipped. I understand the gym is noisy with sounds, so why not think of a better way to let people know, since you can't hear them at close range. Perhaps a speaker system? a pager such as in a restaurant? a text or anything would be an improvement. I suggested a speaker and got attitude & and a snarky laugh from your staff at the London Kentucky gym. I know I am not the only one who has an issue with this. It's happed to several of my co-workers as well. After making my suggestion and seeing it handled the way it was, I feel like cancelling my membership. It's a shame because I really like working out there.
Desired outcome: A better way of notifying a customer that a tanning bed is ready.
