I have been a dedicated member since it first open. An employee Nate Porter recently gave information to an ex-fiancée regarding the time I attend the gym. He followed me home from the gym Thursday the 8th and physically assaulted me in my driveway. Nate has called me with him on the phone questioning if I was in an interracial relationship. As he was assaulting me, he was yelling racial epithets. The feud has been going on for over a week with your employee reporting to my ex-fiancée my whereabouts. This has cause me a great deal of stress because my ex fiancee is dangerous. Your employee is responsible for creating a dangerous environment. This is a direct disregard for my safety and the safety of my home. I walked in the gym today just like I do Monday through Friday and was told my membership had been cancelled. She said she doesn't know the reason but that someone name Britttany told her not to allow me and my boyfriend in. I was physically assaulted and because I complained my membership has been cancelled. Is this how Crunch handles customer complaints? If so Crunch has no regard for human life and as a Nurse delivering AGAPE love… I’m appalled
