Res#89257ED059017 11/24/2021 to 12/1/2021 upon checking in I was told our check out was on 11/29/2021 went to desk next morning and asked associate they confirmed our checkout Was on 12/1/2021. We had ants in bathroom nothing was done. Only gave us towels once when I asked. Bed sheets never changed we had to empty our trash every day and go to desk to get towels 4 days. Tub was badly stained. Our room keys didn't work twice had to go to desk to get reprogrammed. Very disappointed with laquinta. Desired outcome: What ever possible
Very disappointed with housekeeping and customer service at this laquinta by Alexandria airport. Not gonna stay here again this was my second time staying here. Paid $558.89 for 5 nights stay could have at least got bed sheets changed, fresh towels and garbage emptied!
