I ordered an item on 08/19/23 I received and email confirmation stating that my order was received. I’m this email it states orders made after 3pm will be processed the next day. Well 08/20/23 went to the store just to try on the dress and the associate didn’t not have record of my order. Call ed customer service and they are telling me I have to wait 3 days for it to process. This item was needed for 08/20/23. What’s the purpose of in store pick up and I’m not able to get the dress for another 3 days?
Desired outcome: To receive the dresser that I ordered online be readily available for next day pick up. The dress is available in store was able to try the dress on and still can’t get the dress for an even planned today.
