I checked into the hotel, and the room heater did not work. I then, called the front desk to have them send a maintance man. They sent him to the wrong room, and after freezing for 45 minutes, I then called the front desk, and they informed me they sent him to the wrong room. After he finally arrived a hour later, he said that they were going to replace the whole unit. I have currently been waiting for 2.5 hours, and nothing still has not been done.
I called the front desk, and the hotel clerk hung up on me.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
