My wife ordered, for us, a 4 piece and 3 piece spicy white with a sprite and tea at the 14575 Wax Rd, Baton Rouge location. When she arrived home, my 4 piece order had a thigh, a leg, breast and a wing with the wrong drink (Coke). My wife had Breast, Leg and wing and the correct drink (Sprite). This has happens 40%-50% of our orders and were tired of it. I returned the 4 piece to the store. I said "Can't you complete an order correctly! That means LOOK at the pieces, place then in the box and prepare the correct drink". Your order taker said "well then go to another Popeyes. (This would be a 30 mile round trip). It amazes me that we have returned orders and one would think it would sink in that we need to do better., but no, Go to another Popeyes. I did say"How stupid one has to be to not be able to fill a simple order".
I would like to speak with the corporate manager for this location. I don't want no gift cards and empty apologies. I just want my orders correct. Order was placed around 5:00pm. I know instances occur but 40%-50%. I would be smoking hot and termination is in order for the order taker to make an example to the rest of the crew. Note: Many of my friends in this area express the same concern and have gone to Canes instead.
Desired outcome: I wish for a response from the manager about how He/She plans to eliminate this very manageable problem. If not, I'll be eating Canes from now on.
