Winn-Dixie - Service

I entered Winn Dixie on 6/13/2023 with my 3 daughters and husband. I did my shopping and proceeded to register to check out. "Lauryn" was the cashier, she's very sweet. My complaint isn't on her. As i was making the payment, my husband started to roll the basket out. Anywho the chick that was monitoring the self check line (long pink or purple braids in her head) came to Lauryn's register and looked at her screen real close and walked off. Not explaining to Lauryn why she was looking at her screen. Lauryn looked confused just like i looked confused. I asked Lauryn "What was that about ?" she said "I have the slightest idea." My oldest daughter asked me "What she thought you was stealing ?" I was so mad, i didn't even answer my daughter. That's such an insult to my family and Lauryn. Embarrassment. I work from home making $25 an hour. My family and I, dont have to steal. I shopped here for years and would not be returning to this store. Not that y'all care. Never had a problem until today. My receipt says 2:44pm so it happened around 2:42pm

Desired outcome: NOT A DAMN THING.

Winn-Dixie - Order substitution

On the 27th, at 9-10pm, my delivery order came with 4 substitution items, even though I deselected allow for substitution at checkout. I expected to receive 5 orders of jumbo shrimp but they sent me only 1 jumbo, 4 medium. As of today, on the 28th, the jumbo shrimp is still in stock on the website. I tried to contact them online, but the contact us service does not work and keeps popping error message.

Desired outcome: I need a refund

Winn-Dixie - Customer service

I arrived at the store at 5:45 pm, the Deli was closed and the meat department was closed. How is this good customer service? When people get off at 5 and several departments are closed before the store itself closes. No one at this store seems to care about customer service. It is why I am going to be shopping at rouses from now on, even if I have to drive further. If your company is filing bankruptcy, then maybe you should concentrate on customer service to make customers happy.
