I shopped at your location in Gonzales, Lousiana 11/23 for two Christmas gifts (shirts) for my husband. He ended up not caring for either of them. When he attempted to return them and one of the shirts purchased for 29.99 had been put on clearance and the manager would not authorize an even exchange...my husband ended up paying an additional $20 for the shirt of his choice that was the exact same shirt different color. Keep in mind the clerk that greeted him showed him where the shirts were located in the store after he showed and spoke with her regarding the exchange he wanted to make. Sooooo sad...in the future it would be my recommendation to satisfy the customer to keep them as a customer. You made an extra $20 today but lost two good customers. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!
