I bought a foot file from the store and wanted to exchange it because it fell apart after the first use. I brought it in and told them I didn't have a receipt but I had just bought it the day before and wanted to exchange. I was told they couldn't do that without a receipt I said I read online there's a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee to exchange and the manager told me next time I needed to keep the receipt. I don't appreciate being talked to like I am a child and I don't appreciate her trying to tell me I cannot exchange an item without the receipt when clearly I can. When the lady behind the register went to get the manager she came out from the back popping bubble wrap and asked us what we needed from the back of the store and when we told her we wanted to exchange something she asked "huh?" While still in the back popping bubble wrap walking up to us. She's super unprofessional and the whole experience makes me not wanna shop there anymore. I was respectful to her and I deserved to be treated better than that.
