While I was paying for my 2nd order, a cashier walked past the register, snatched my receipt out of the printer, took it to the customer service counter, and put it in the trash can. I call to her to bring it back. She stood there looking at me not saying a word. After I paid for my 2nd order I went to customer service and told her I needed the receipt she took out the printer. She told another cashier to get it out of the trash can. She could find. She did not know what she was looking for. There were 4 cashiers standing at the counter doing nothing. I said I would take a copy. None of them knew how to print out a copy. One cashier asked me if I knew how to use the internet, She told me I could go online and get a copy. Then I was angry. I told her she was not smart. The one who snatched the receipt out of the printer appeared to be intimidating to the others. She should have called the manager. Each of those receipts had a record of $100 cash withdrawal which I will use at the end of June to reconcile by bank statement.
Desired outcome: Tell what action you are going to take. This is not the first time I have gotten poor customer service there.
