Logan's Roadhouse - service and ordering

My wife and I were seated around 1:00 pm. And ordered a six-ounce sirloin stake. Both medium rare.the meal was delivered near raw with the meat swimming in a Red liquid. We ordered baked sweet potato and receive only one. And did not get the cake and ice cream 🍨 ordered. Also, I am a veteran and did NOT get a free meal for Veterans day.
We will not be going to your restaurant again.
