December 2 2019, I purchased a microwave from Best Buy in Slidell LA. Installation was set for Jan 6, 2020. On day of installation the contractor informed me BB did not provide him with my microwave.
After several hrs on the phone, I was told the microwave was on backlog. However it wasn't on backlog when I purchased it in December.
The store never contacted me to imform me of anything, the backlog or my options. I was put on hold several times for at lease 30 minutes at a time. I called BB customer serervcie 1 800 number and found out the item won't be in until January 25, 2020. The store has yet to contact me with any informatio. I took off from work just to go back and forward with BB.
BB in Slidell LA has the worst customer service I have ever experience, no professionalism, no respect for customers time and the worst regards of customers feelings. I m going to the store January 7, 2020 and cancel the order and try another location. I am going to write to the corporate office and every where I can about the poor customer service at that location.
