The safety of your most vulnerable customers should be a priority with Planet Fitness. Until you adopt protective policies, count me as one who will stay away … and I’m warning my friends about Planet Fitness
I CALLED THE LOCAL LOCATION AND ASKED FOR A REFUND OF MY PAYMENT I MADE FOR A YEARLY MEMBERSHIP. I WILL EXPECT MY REFUND ASAP.

Planet Fitness - I have tried for 2 years to cancel membership
I have signed the forms with 2 different locations to cancel the planet fitness membership. I have went in person signed the forms. They have deleted my emailed and my access and unlinked me to use the app and login to the website. I do not get emails. But they will not stop charging me each month. I have to call the closes locations again and again and drive again 45 minutes to complete forms again. This just is not getting the billing to stop coming out of my checking account. I stopped it last September and know yearly membership fee. Store will not give you a phone number to talk to member services or address of member service. I am out 347.74 know and they will not stop charging me. The only way to stop it is to close my checking account. Planet fitness has took my access away but keeps taking money from me. I was told I have to come in again Monday - Thursday 8am-4pm and a manager should be on duty to help you again which is fill out the same forms.
Desired outcome: I want a address to send a certified letter to and a member service phone number and a refund. i have not used there services. This is fraud and unauthorized charges to my bank account
