Reference: Stay at La Quinta, 131 River Road, Andover - from 7th to 16th July.
Please note that we stayed at the hotel from 7th till 16th July, our room number was 270.
I was billed $1,360.49 (including $10 for charitable cause). This bill was fine, and it was all settled on the last day when we left.
However, on top of settling the bill amount - more money has been taken out from by account today! Basically, the conversion rate of GBP (British pound) to USD (US dollars) is £1 = $1.29 (currently). As per the table below, the conversion rate on 16th July was £1 = $1.30.
So, I should have paid £1,046.53 ($1,360.49 / 1.30).
However, the hotel has charged me £1,307.15 (in two installations - £1,039.23 & £267.92).
Now, when we convert £1,307.15 to USD, it comes to $1,699.29. So instead of charging me the bill amount of $1,360.49 - I have been charged $1,699.29. So I have been overcharged by $388.80 (equivalent to £260.61).
I would kindly request you to please look into this matter with URGENCY.

La Quinta Inns & Suites - Everything
My family stayed at this hotel for 1 night and it was absolutely horrible. My kids were so scared too even sleep because all of the fighting and yelling that was happening inside and on our floor. When we tried leaving one time to go buy a couple of snacks the people across from us had their music blaring and yelling in between our doors up until 3am and could have been longer, but that's when me and the kids finally fell asleep. I had to ask them to move just so we could exit. They out side there was a fist fight. They were calling everyone racist. The poor front desk lady didn't know what to do cause there was so much drama. I would like a refund. Our family had 5 rooms and everyone had separate issues including no towels only one pillow, dirty boxers in a bathroom. Dirty face towel in another. Ones bed was not made. The staff was good, but it was just a scary night when we had so many children. The confirmation number for our rooms is [protected]. I know 2 rooms have already been refunded. My room was not and it was room 426 I believe Jason parrow and Julie Fisher. If you need anything else please email me and let know.
