Booked Lifetime Alignment at Firestone Braintree shop for noon today specifying I'd wait by the shop, arrived 10min early checked in, signed and asked how long was going to take for the service to get done. Was told one hour by the guy who checked me in. One hour has passed, I'm still waiting outside the shop and no-one showed up yet to get the car into the shop.
As you can see in the photo, there are several empty stations in the shop, and I count 5 ppl working today, that obviously never asked me of anything, although I was standing there.
Went in the shop after 1hr 30min wait out the shop, and asked the manager what's going on. This guy, DJ is giving me attitude answering that I was a lifetime customer the car is going in now and is going to take another 30 min. Let's wait and see.
It's 1pm and now the car is being taken inside the shop. No apologies, nothing beside bad customer service.
By the way, wtf does DJ mean by answering that I'm Lifetime, hopefully when I signed for it I didn't sign for [censored]ty service right?!
I really wish he doesn't come back with that attitude again for service industry is all about how you treat ppl, and choices are abundant for customers.
