Hi, I been a member at planet fitness for a long time now, my home gym is in mattapan, yesterday I went to planet fitness in dorchester. I forgot to bring my card with me so I gave them my name when they looked up they found an open account on my name that I cancelled long time ago, I didnt even know it was still there, but I do have an active account that I use, I understand that the policy wont allow me to workout if I do have an outstanding balance but the way the assistant maneger handled the situation was extremely rude, I was trying to understand what was going on and she was talking to me like she wanted to fight, instead of explaning everything to me, she keep shouting to my face that I cant workout because I owe them money, I had to talk to the manager, mike, on the phone who explained everything to me.
Im extremely disappointed about yesterday, the main reason I go to the gym is because I have anxiety disorder, I go to the gym to feel better and yesterday I left more anxious.
Thank you, I personally dont want to go to planet fitness anymore but I truly hope that the assistant manager at dorchester wont talk like that to the others costumers.

I want to complain from planet fitness on 500 neponset st, dorchester ma. I had so bad experience as a customer with the service, especially with the manager on this location. This guy disrespect customers with imposing rules, making customers do not feel this place comfortable. The manager has to be more friendly and flexible with the customers where the members understand the rules of a better way. Most people do not feel happy about the behavior of this manager because he likes to be imposed taking the members outside of gym what he’s recidivist doing it. Please try to do something to the change it. I can't recommend more people if customers are treated on this way. This manager feels that he is making a favor or charity works having us in this gym. I do not want to get upset anymore about the service of this manager because this is not the first time going to be treated on this way. Otherwise I will be in the position of looking other place where I feel welcome.
