Please take a look at this proof of my offers that expired today... my card number is [protected] You can see other offers; 20% off etc... and the expired ones as well...
I am a very frequent patron of your business. I visit your downtown store 55 Summer Street { near my place of employment } in downtown Boston and your Mattapan store; as I live in close proximity. My reason for emailing is to complain about the perks/ coupons that are sent to me via text and I have been missing on my savings and they expire. I recently joined the Care Pass program and I do enjoy the $10 monthly savings. I was recently informed by one of the store managers; Camesha at the Mattapan branch that I have to send these offers to my card when the notifications come to my cell phone. I'd been missing out all along. I sent the most recent two deals and savings - to my card last week as they expire today 12/23/19. I visited the Mattapan store this morning and attempted to redeem the two coupons and one was not [for some reason] transferred from the text and onto my card. I showed Camesha the text alert and reminded her that it was the one that we'd discussed last week plus she'd helped me to send them to the card at that time however, she said that it was out of her hands because the store could not do anything manually about it because CVS corporate sends the deals/coupons to my cell and if they don't transfer over to my cell account; then I just lose out. I beg to differ because as a manager she should be able to manually apply my deals if they are somehow not applied as they should be. I have missed out on $5 off and a free $5 offer for a free item up to $5.00 for the month of December and another in November and I'm am not pleased. I was also not able to take advantage of a 20% off CVS Health brand benefit for CarePass members - coupon offer that was sent to me via text; this morning and it also expires today. I do have proof of receipts and text messages of the offers that were afforded to me. Today I missed out on 20% off of $26.00 than I spent and $5.00 off of a CVS [I purchased two] item up to $5.00. Please reach out to me w/ an explanation as to why I'm unable to take advantage of these offers.
My card number is Happy Holidays to you and yours.
Continued Blessings, CynthiAnn Cornelius
