I live few minutes from this gas station so I go here to pump gas quite often. Never had any issues until today. I stopped by today to pump gas, however my credit card just wouldn't slide in the cc slot like usual, not sure why. So I went inside to pay with same said crecdit card. After I paid, went back to the pump, still nothing. Went back inside, apparently cashier guy put in wrong pump #. It was busy, he could've misheard me. I get it. I don't blame him. What bothered me the most was the same cashier guy stood there and argued with me for the next 5 minutes, saying I told him the wrong pump #. He could have just fix what could easily be a minor issue, and we went on with our day, but no! Until I had enough, I simply asked "are you going to fix the pump # so I can pump gas or not?", then he proceeded and walked away right after. I didn't even get to ask him what would happen to my first transaction or whether I'd get refunded. I had a long day at work, just wanted to pump gas and go home, so I figured to call the bank another day instead. Over all it was very unnecessary and very poor customer service! Will definitely be going to another station from now on.
