Mavis Discount Tire

I went to Mavis in Shrewsbury Ma because they said they would do a break install of my own purchased BrakeRotors and Brake pads. I aske them to tell me when they installed them so I can take a picture of the Job complete for warranty of my brakes that I purchased from an online dealer. They assured me that I could take pictures. So when the job was done I saw that they had the had already put the tires back on. The service manager said it was really busy so could I take a pic through the rims, and that I could see that they put the brakes pads and rotors on through the rims so I took a picture.

When I get out to the lobby at the resister to pay, the guy who put the Rotors and pads on whispered in the ear of the guy at the register. I asked him what did he say, and he said nothing about my vehicle, it was about something else.

Then he tried to get me to give the guy a $25 tip for doing such a good job. I didn’t, I just paid the labor charge and left.

A week later I noticed that the front brakes were grinding when they should not be be cause I just put on brand new pads and rotors.

I noticed that the pads were the same worn out pads I paid them to put on and they did not. They kept my new pads and left the old ones on.
