Wegmans Food Markets - sushi prepared foods

On Friday, November 22, I purchased a sashimi (sushi) meal from your prepared food department. I also purchased a Container of sushi rice. My boyfriend purchased cooked food. We ate the food upon arriving home ten minutes later and within 6 hours I had stabbing stomach pains followed by vomiting and bloody diarrhea. This continued several times during the night. I continued to have bloody stools or just blood clots from my rectum on Saturday and when it didn't go away on Sunday I checked into the ER. I was admitted and remained in the hospital for 2.5 days with a WBC of 22000 and low hemoglobin, potassium and magnesium and a CT scan showing inflammation of the upper colon. After two days of iv fluids and multiple testing it was determined I suffered from food poisoning. I can only see this resulting from my consumption of the sashimi. I was the only person in my party to have sushi for lunch and the only person to become ill. We each ate toasted English muffins for breakfast. I was just released from the hospital after spending two and a half days, with vital signs and bloodwork returning to close to normal and am still weak.
