I have been very disappointed in the ground Hamburg back since the type of grind and packaging has changed. The texture is terrible and has ruined many dishes for me.

The milk has had a strange taste and turns before expiration date.

The watermelons seem like they have been particularly frozen and makes the inside soft mushy and tasteless.

I have inquired to all of the above at customer service over several months -always with a polite response, but assured, no change have been made.

I’ve always praised Wegmans but I will no longer be purchasing these products from your store.

On August 9, 2022, I purchased two half gallon containers of the Wegmans brand ice cream. I bought Vanilla and Heavenly Hash. There was a sign outside the cooler in the store on Losson Road in Cheektowaga stating $l.99 Limit of two. There were also many signs inside the cooler. NONE of the signs stated that only certain flavors were given the $ 1.99 price. It looked like random flavors had signs. To me, that was deceiving. When I got home, I noticed that I paid the $3.49 and not the sale price. There was no flyer in the store that said only certain flavors were given the sale price. Being a senior citizen on a fixed income, I was upset. There should have been a better clarification of what flavors were on sale. They were just haphazardly in the cooler with no order. I have shopped Wegmans for many years but something has to be done to explain what items are on sale and what items are not.

I have a complaint about I called them today [protected]) at 10:30 Am this morning ask to see if my meds where still there waiting to picked up and I got told it was there and I tills them ok some one will be there to pick it up so when my husband went to go get them at 5:45 that evening and he got told that they put my meds back on the shelf even I told them not to because we coming to it and also I got told it had been eleven days it has not been

I purchased Zweigles Bologna because every now and then I like to have a fried bologna sandwich. To my horror, the bologna immediately began to shrink in the ungreased frying pan leaving a pool of grease. The bologna shrank to half it's size in less than a minute. Photo included. The video I took is too large. You need to remove the product from your deli. It is a scam on consumers not to mention how unhealthy it is.

There is no explanation date on the packaging, as you can see.

The pics shows hard bone like stem or branch included in with the green beans. It is a choking hazard or broken tooth hazard for sure.

I love self checkout at the Auburn NY store but only pay cash and none of the self checkouts take cash now . If your not getting cash self checkouts you should make a 7 item or less line cash only. I love the Wegmans store and I am in there 2-3 a day but you really need a cash self checkout or a 7 item or less cash only line. I mention it to one of the managers and he said the new machines would not take cash but they were working on it , Thank you

Bought a 50 pack of plates all glued together. Little dissatisfied in the quality especially for the price of this have pic if needed. Posted pic below the whole pkg us like this

I attempted to purchase under $100 worth of groceries. To my surprise, the cashier rang up $895 which was declined. The accountant cash register came to assist. She placed key in drawer to override and asked me to insert again. After two failed attempts, the third attempt was successful. To date, I have $575 pending in my account which has been there for four days now. My bank said there was nothing they could do until the pending status is removed then we can launch an investigation. Wegmans employees tried to cover up the scandal. Contacted corporate, still no contact. Filed online complaint, still no contact. I am out of $575 to date. I will never shop at this store again. This all happened at the Woodmore location in Lanham Maryland.

I purchased two units of 10oz blueberries. Unfortunately, it seems the package is as much stems and leaves as it it berries. The berries are also unusually small, and quite frankly taste terrible - like wax. I think these were sold well before they were ripe.

If this were a one time thing I would just call it a wash and move on, but this is the second time this has happened with this same product in as many weeks.

I order and my Asthma Prescription line. I did not want it to be delivered, I wanted to pick it up at the store. Why was it sent to delivery, I did not want it delivery. I order it Thursday, 17. I put in the tracking number, it not ever mail yet. That makes four just sitting there. If I don't get soon, I will have to go to the hospital, and lose time from work. Why was it delivered, I called the delivery people and could not tell me what happen.

I bite down on something very hard and found what appeared to be pieces of plastic. I contacted Wegmans and they didn't even bother to get back with me or investigate.

I have now turned everything over to my state and federal government health departments to contact Wegmans.

My husband and I cannot open the jar! We have both tried. We ran it under hot water which is usually a sure thing to open a stuck jar, but still won't budge. We tried tapping around the edge of the lid with a knife handle… still nothing. I even have one of the rubber textured grip things to use specifically for removing lids. Still can't get into it!

My jar is 9 oz. Sell by March 16, 2022, UPC code [protected] 3.

The only way forward is to throw it away. I know it sounds ridiculous, but 2 healthy adults cannot open it. What else can we do?

Purchsed boxed chocolate croissant on Jan. 12, '22, sell by date is 1-13-22. The pastry is old, chocolate drizzled on top is chalky and flaking off, chocolate chunks are whitest, chalky, appears old. Tasted like cardboard. Included three photos. Want money back! Prices have gone up and up, products and produce have diminished greatly. Scranton, PA store.

I work next to Wegmans on Lyell Road. I get salads and subs to go often. When I got my sub back to the office and opened my sub, I found less than a whole piece of provolone on my sandwich. The cheese was also dried out a bit and roll was a bit soggy.
This has never happened to me before! Label says medium sub packed on 1/3 sell by 1/4.
I am disappointed as it cost over $8 w/tax. Not sure if I want to get another from this store.

I have been a loyal customer of Wegmans however I will not be shopping there anymore. It seems every time I go there that I caused some sort of ruckus to have a loss prevention standing at the door when I leave but they weren't standing there when I came into the store. This is very disconcerting and because I spend so much money at Wegmans whether it's true or not that they're standing there because of me it just makes me feel guilty even though I'm not. So find the real thieves and take care of them.

You've switched from your original paper towels which I and many friends and relatives have used for years to a tree saving INFERIOR product. Don't you test these products before releasing them to market? They rate very poorly. We've all switched to bounty from Walmart. So disappointed.

I have tried for 3 days to schedule an appointments for the 3rd shot of Moderna and the site is a mess, it is a good thing you dont run the stores the way you run this important Pharmacy web to schedule appointments, if you insist on running the stores the way you run the web site you will be going down to hell, it amazes me that a good company as Wegmans uses this stupid way to run the schedule for shots, STUPID, CONFUSING AND SHOWING YOU DONT GIVE A CRAP ABOUT THE SAFETY OF YOUR CUSTOMERS
