On April 20th I went to an appointment for 11 o’clock. When I got there I was not greeted, waiting at the front desk until someone acknowledged me, gave me some paperwork to fill out and I started waiting. 20 minutes had passed so I said to myself let me do some research while I’m here on Sono Bello. Most complaints if not all we’re about pushing people into putting down deposits, prepaying for services they haven’t had yet, asking to open up a credit card, no real medical attention there and straight up lying for the company’s benefit. After a 45 minute wait, I decided to leave. Nobody even knew I left. Nor did they try to contact me to reschedule or to see what had happened. On the way out I bumped into an older woman and she asked me how my appointment was and I told her I was never seen and leaving because of the reviews. I asked her if they offered her the credit card she said yes and they wanted her to put money down that day! She also mentioned to me her appointment time was 11 o’clock. I found out later there was five people all waiting at the same time. Not respecting people’s time, especially since I had to drive an hour and a half there and an hour and a half back! Definitely wasn’t worth being late for work for! Please think of your decisions when it comes to your bodies! BTW there’s no Doctor there either or on site! Meeting the Dr on the day of surgery, NOT Acceptable!
