On 06/27/2024, at 6pm, at my local CVS drive-thru to pick-up my medication. Presented GoodRx coupon with my ID. Was informed that CVS will not honor the coupon after 23 minutes seating at the drive-thru. Was told to come around or inside. Went inside and still refused to honor my coupon. I had to pay more for my needed medication, which is wrong.
Guess I want be filling anymore medications at CVS since they do not honor the GoodRx Coupons, as stated.
Desired outcome: Honor the GoodRx coupons for medications and refund ($23.94) for what I had to pay over the refused coupon $60.91, charged/paid $84.85.
I do not look for CVS to resolve this matter for it's all about the money not the people.
