Olive Garden - unethical behavior

On 1O/25/2019 some of my co-workers and I went to Olive Garden on Benson Dr. for our monthly Friday outing. Prior to going I called to make reservations for a group of ten, however upon arrival I noticed that five of my coworkers had actually shown up.

When, we arrived I informed the hostess that we no longer needed a large table considering only five had arrived, I offered an apology " no problem said the hostess and showed us to our waitress and table, she expressed to our waitress that it was only five guest instead of ten, and our waitress immediately became annoyed, I again apologized, and she then shrugged and rolled her eyes! I wanted to leave after this behavior, however my coworkers really wanted to try the never ending pasta dish so, we decided to just stick around. We all ordered, I asked our waitress for a pasta dish, and asked specifically if I could have the chunk tomatoes removed from my dish she quickly replied yes.

When the food arrived I took several bites of my dish and, there was a several tomatoes in the dish, I am severally allergic to tomatoes, so I quickly ran to my vehicle, and had to chew a Benadryl, my throat became itchy. I returned to speak with the waitress about the incident, where she made no efforts to apologize, or felt symphatatic that I was having an allergic reation. She even included " next time you should specify" I was outragged. I had to cut out early because of my illness, I asked the waitress could I have my salad to go, because I had to go before the Benadryl made me drowsy, she brought the salad bagged up, and to add insult to injury, when I got home, the salad had TOMATO on it ! The following morning I called the general manager, and explained the situation to him, he offered his concerns and offered a gift card to the store, I asked is there a sister store instead, considering I rather not eat at Olive Garden ever again, he offered a Longhorn gift card, That I Have not received. And, when I call the store, I feel like the General Manager is screening his calls, they always ask whose calling and put me on hold for 20 minutes at a time, and he never answers my call. This is absolute ridiculous behavior, and no patron should have to go through this ordeal...
