On February the 21st 2024 I went into just tires on 6726 Ritchie highway and purchased two new tires for my Jeep Cherokee 2014 upon purchasing the supervisor came out and told me that his tech had broken one of my lugs off of my wheel and that I would and turn have to pay an additional $360 dollars for a wheel hub not knowing to me that when the damage occurred before or after the tire was put on I then left the store call back to try to get supervisor or regional management office spoke the same supervisor at that point wood not provide that information I'm now reaching out to the complaint department for some sort of resolution
Claimed loss: Nothing out of pocket right now other than the $19 per additional loves he requested me to buy but he's telling me the new tires that I put on would not last in that condition
Desired outcome: I would just like to have my love put back on my vehicle have it back in the same condition in which I drove it in
