Dishonest Service
Just Tires located at 10557 Custer Rd in Plano, Texas is a scam. The staff lack of honesty it's concerning. This is my 2nd experience at this location but will be my last. I paid for a full set of tires. I spent 3 hours waiting for installation. Their Ad states that if service takes more than an hour they will credit $100, well let me start by saying this never happened-. Secondly I paid for balacing but they failed to do so and deliberately lied about it. I had to go back to ask for the service I had paid for.
Recommendation: Never again

Beverly Blvd location of Just Tires.
6pm. Thursday 10/5
Had AAA jump my car before work. I booked an appointment at 6 pm to get my battery changed. Hoped I have enough energy in it to start later. Called AAA again when it didn't start. Went to Just Tires after 2nd jump.
Walked in the door. Hello, I'm here for a battery change. I have an appointment for 6 pm." We don't have no battery. "I made an appointment." You made an appointment for a battery check. We don't have no battery. We gotta order it, and we close at 7.
"Ah, okay. Thanks."
So I called AAA to have them come change my battery. 3 AAA service calls and 350 for the battery change. And, the only thing I'm upset about is the response from and service at Just Tires. This place shouldn't even be open for business.
Desired outcome: Fix your customer service or close the shop.

Went into the store in Arlington HTS, Illinois on rand road brought car in for oil change and tire rotation. Asked it they rest oil life. They did not but they sent a guy out to reset. Asked if they reset for rotation of tires. They said yes. Went out to check if tires were rotated. Noticed that the mark I put on tires in front were still on front. Went back in and said they did not rotate the tires. Guy said they could bring car back in and rotate but tires do not need to be rotated each time. I said I paid for rotation and you lied to me. I left. Been going here for years with 5 cars. I will not go back. They lost a customer who had 5 cars serviced here. If you pay for rotation, you should get rotation.
Desired outcome: someone needs to know that they are lying to customers and not doing the work that is paid for
Alignment
On 3/25/2003, I took my SUV into Just Tires in Perris on Case Rd about 11:00. Asked about an alignment. Jennifer was the service writer and took my SUV in right away. About 45 minute later my SUV was ready. I paid the invoice and left. Within 1/2 mile I was able to tell the SUV still pulled to the right worse than before. I called back to Jennifer and explained my problem. She transferred me to the shop manger, he asked me bring my SUV back in to rotate the front tires Went back on Sunday and Jennifer told me they couldn't rotate the tires because of wear. She didn't address my problem, just wanted to sell me new tires.
Desired outcome: I just want to have my SUV stop pulling to the right. Please fix it.
Damage to rim
Just a quick reminder to people who live in the greater Los Angeles area or Culver City California. My name is Gerald Bennett. I recently visited 8/14/2022 Just Tire shop located at 5547 Sepulveda Blvd, Culver City, CA 90230 to purchase 2 new front tires. The first issue, I was quoted one price but once they started the work on my car it was a whole other price, when I went to pick up my car there was $300 worth of damages done to my right side rim. Just Tires switched the rims from one side to the other to throw me off however, I noticed it right away. I brought it to the managers attention. He became very argumentative and started lying to my face about me hitting the curb. He can be best describe as the guy with the big mole on his face on the right side of his face by his nose. No one wants to take responsibility for their actions. However my car was very much damaged their, so be careful who you leave your car with. People are very unprofessional with your valuables when your not around. Also stay away from Just Tires
Desired outcome: Reimbursement of some money or a free wheel alignment, a new rim or something to compensate for damages
Tire Repair
There is no manager on duty so they pretty much makeup the prices/services. We went here before for an oil change and tire rotation. When we went, they said the tires were all good. We came back a couple of months later because our tires was still losing air. We told them to give us a call before they do any work. They didn’t call us and told us they...

On 5/7/2022 I went into the Pasadena Ca. Just tire store with a nail in my rear left tire.
I was told they could repair my tire and I agreed to the work.
I went home and didn't drive the car until 5/11/2022 and thats when I notice the damage to my rim.
I went back to the store and I received the attitude of "So What do you want me to do". I was told that they were getting a new manager today 5/12/2022 and I should come back.
To prevent me from going off I decided not to go back but to send this note to you.
Just tires in Allen
I’d bought a 3yr alignment from this location in Allen, Texas. 703 East Main Street. I took it for a second alignment after 6 months. The manager handed me the keys without doing the alignment after waiting 2 hours. He gave me a printout for a 2015 Ford F-150 where I had a Silverado lol. How can you trust this small Jo Blo shop. I will be taking my truck there every 5-6k miles now and watch it from beginning to start. Btw, the manager is Julio Aleman. Once I caught him lying, he said he will have to put in on the lift again and did the alignment in 25 mins. My steering wheel is still not straight. Please watch everything if you take your vehicle in this location.
Double charged; no refund issued
On 10/12/21, I purchased new tires totaling $674.98 at Just Tires. I put $200 on my Just Tires card. The remaining $474.98, I wanted on my bank card. I ran the bank card through the credit card machine. It said approved & I electronically signed. The employee (Ray?) said the system was loading & we needed to wait for the Just Tires receipt to print & he didn't want to refresh the system. Nothing happened so he asked me to run my bank card again. I questioned about being charged twice but he said it should be ok but if not, I would be refunded. Card showed approved again & I signed again. The $474.98 did deduct twice from my bank. I got a copy from my bank on10/14/21 & went to Just Tires. I was treated dismissively & rudely by Peter as though I was asking for something I wasn't entitled to. Ray was there as well & attempted to talk but Peter was cutting both of us off and said things like 'my wife works at a bank & this happens all the time' (as though my bank was at fault) & 'We don't own Good Year or the (credit card) machine' (as if to say it wasn't their responsibility). When I persisted that something has to be done, Ray said they'd contact their acctg office & call me. Days have gone by without update. I called Just Tires today 10/18/21 & was told unconvincingly that they contacted their acct office but haven't heard back & that I should contact my bank to dispute the charges. I'm on social security so this impacts me greatly while I wait but it doesn't appear to be a since of urgency or any customer care for this Just Tires location.
Desired outcome: A refund of the duplicate $474.98 that was deducted from my account from JustTires
Damage to car during service
I had my tires rotated and balanced last Tuesday at just tires and previously purchased my tires there. I came home my brother decided to do a brake job. My brother who is a 35 year mechanic pulled off the wheel to find one of the threads stripped. It appears the tech didn't put the lug on at first using his fingers but stripped the thread using the air gun. I had previously always had my tires balanced and rotated at just tires. To replace the thread requires the ball joint removed which on a car with 105, 000 miles isn't good unless replacing both the front joints. I am moving tomorrow out of the area. My brother already called just tires and spoke to the manager. I am going to take the car back tomorrow to show them. For now, we tried to salvage the thread and use a new nut until I can get this resolved. This is what happens when they use an air gun without first putting the lug on with hands. It was he just tires in wake forest nc
Desired outcome: Store credit which accounts for me having to get new ball joints when I go to repair

Today I took my car into Just tires in Morton Grove, IL. because I had a screw in my tire and it kept on going flat needing air. Read full review of Just TiresRefused to fix a puncture.
Stopped by to have a tire repaired today. I was informed that the tire was un-repairable due to the fact that the puncture wasn't in the center of the tire. They of course wanted to sell me a new tire- even though the tire in question was less than 6 months old. The repairman showed me the corporate chart showing the "repairable area" on the tire, and my puncture was just outside that area of course. I was informed that no tire dealership would patch the tire due to the puncture location but I could probably find a Mom/Pop store that would plug the hole- but Just Tires didn't believe in plugs. So due to the fact that I was sure I could get my $75 dollar tire repaired I asked them to reinstall the tire. I stopped at the Exxon station on the way home and was told the tire was definitely repairable and proceeded to patch -not plug the tire.
I can understand the argument by Just Tires, as they have probably had incidents where the tires were actually unrepairable but what irks me is the fact that I was not given the option to have it repaired with the understanding that it could fail. I would have gladly paid for a patch in hopes that my money would save a practically new tire, but to just refuse to even try to fix is ridiculous. I have bought several sets of tires at Just Tires but will not be returning.

Desired outcome: To offer to try and repair tire.
