Description: Multiple cancellations without much warning. I have been trying unsuccessfully to get my Best Buy installed car amplifier serviced for 4 months. This is totally ridiculous. You cannot reach anyone on the phone, you go to the store and the personnel are indifferent to my concerns as a customer. My problem goes unresolved and they keep kicking the can down the road. No one takes ownership of the problem because your employees and managers just do not care!
This is so frustrating that I want to tell everyone to avoid Best Buy at all costs. Unless you are just buying an over the counter product, the service sucks. The Best Buy team and corporate process seemingly does everything they can to frustrate the customer. You may as well buy from Amazon given the level of customer support provided. Very unprofessional.
Desired outcome: I would like to get my money back for the botched installation and lack of follow up customer support
