I placed my order oat 7:10 PM online. Our food arrived at 7:50 PM. 2 of our subs were made incorrectly (they had cheese and I ordered no cheese bacuse my wife cannot eat cheese). I called at 7:55 & spoke to the manager (Bryan?) & told him the problem & he agreed to send out the correct subs. He repeated the order correctly. At 8:45 we called inquiring & were told the subs would arrive in 5-10 min. 25 min later the subs finally arrived - with cheese on them. When I called back & told the manager that the subs were wrong again, he showed little concern that my wife could not eat cheese. He said I "should not be mean" and he hang up on me after I asked for a refund. My wife, who is breast-feeding our 11 week old, had little to eat for dinner that night as a result. I am shocked at the gall of this man particularly from a manager. I know the industry & I know how difficult customers can be. I was not difficult. This employee was rude, offensive & inept. I seek no damages, but people need to be aware of store 6082 in New Market MD. I am busy with a job and a new born. I do not have time to craft complaints, but this was absurd!
