Subject: Concerns About Recent Orders
Dear Domino's Customer Service,
I am a regular customer of your store located across the street from my residence. I am writing to express my concerns about two recent orders that were not up to the standard I have come to expect from Domino's.
The first incident occurred when I ordered a pizza for delivery to a friend's house. The pizza arrived burnt, cold, and not cut properly. I called the store and spoke with the manager, who kindly cancelled my payment.
The second incident happened last night on 7/27/2024 when I ordered pizza for delivery to my home. The pizza was marked as "freshest" at 10:41 PM, but it did not arrive until 11:54 PM. When I called the store at 10:50 PM, I was informed that there was only one driver available. I understood the delay, but when we opened the pizza boxes, we found multiple lugis on both pizzas, and the coke had been opened.
These experiences were disappointing and concerning. I would like to know what steps Domino's is taking to ensure the quality and safety of its food, as well as the professionalism of its delivery service.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.

The first incident with the burnt and cold pizza that wasn’t even cut properly – that's a real "slice" of disappointment. At least the manager stepped up and canceled your payment, but it shouldn’t have come to that in the first place.
And the second incident? Waiting over an hour for your pizza and then finding mystery substances on it? That's not just a delay, that's a culinary crime scene! And an opened Coke bottle to top it off? That's like the cherry on a disaster sundae.
You deserve your pizza hot, fresh, and definitely without any extra unwanted toppings. Here's hoping Domino's gets their act together and starts delivering the kind of quality and service that keeps customers like you happy.
