I purchased a refrigerator. Best Buy have planned to come today to deliver, install and take the old frig. When he arrived, Jose, Best Buy employee, wanted to inspect the old refrigerator and the location of it. When he checked behind the frig, he told us that because of how the water line was connected and was coming from the basement, they could not install it, and in fact seemed annoyed with me by it. His customer service skills (or lack thereof) was HORRIBLE! I told him unfortunately no one made us aware of that at the time of making the purchase. He had to talk to his main office, then asked me where could he drop off the new refrigerator (and after we independently setup the waterline connection then new frig could be installed). When I told him to please drop it off in the kitchen, he was like no I cant do that. I was planning to leave it in your garage. Then again seemed annoyed with me and told me he had already been here for 20 minutes. I reminded him that this was not my fault. He asked me a question and when I gave him an answer, he didn't like it. I told him to call his main office, as that was not an acceptable answer. Well he didn't say anything and just left. wow! so I rearranged my work schedule to accomodate this delivery, and I have no refrigerator to show for it! I am extremely disappointed with Best Buy and the quality of their service and employees. Very unprofessional Best Buy rep., that he could not even communicate why he could not bring new refrigerator into my house and just left without a word.
