On Friday June 11, I paid $32.50 for a small loaded pizza, 2 orders of fries, cheesy bread sticks with an extra marinara sauce for dipping from the Pizza Hut on Western Avenue in Augusta, Maine. This was my second shop in a week... I paid a 15% tip and when the order arrived, I checked my invoice and despite listing everything I stated, I was shorted the extra marinara dipping sauce, and the pizza was barely Luke-warm. The shop is only a few miles away, so there was no reason for the meal to be cold. Additionally the web tracker stated my order would not be here until 7:00 pm, despite having ordered around 5:15 PM. The order actually arrived at about 6:08 PM with no tracking info texted me despite checking that option. I paid a fee and a tip in good faith for services never rendered, and my complaints have been ignored. Typical corporation these days. Tim Hartman
Desired outcome: At the very least I should be credited the cost of the missing products plus tax ($1) But as the order tracking info was wrong, and the food was not warm, they should credit me the entire $32.50.
