McDonald's

Every Friday, my father stops after picking up his granddaughter from school. He orders the same exact thing. Every single time. 6pc Happy Meal with extra fries instead of apple slices, as well as, a large fry. 9 out of 10 times, there are no extra fries in the box, just nuggets. And every time the price is different. When he finally got so fed up he decided to complain to the manager, she didn't listen to what his complaint actually about, gave no resolve, acted indignant and eaves him off and told him to have a good day as she turned her back to him. This is unacceptable from any of your employees. It is intolerable from your management. This occurrence happened today at approximately 4:45pm. No longer will any member of my family be visiting your establishment again. Would rather spend my money somewhere we actually get what we ordered. And where they actually appreciate the business.

Today. 11/06/2021. I placed a mobile order to a McDonald's in Battle Creek Mi that I filled in the address myself as I was going passed it on my way home. I used some of my bonus points to purchase a cheeseburger and some other items and was given an email receipt for my order, No. 1949 for $8.54. when I arrived at the curbside pickup spot, I entered the number I was parked in and proceeded to pay. As the payment was processing, a message came up stating that my order can not be filled as this location doesn't honor this promotion and that I had changed location. My order was wiped off my phone. I would have went thru the drive-thru to ask about it but this was not the first time this problem had occurred at this particular McDonald's and I didn't want to deal with the staff again. So, I didn't pick up my order but upon checking my credit card bill, I was charged for the order. Needless to say, I will not be going back to that McDonald's ever again. I never have any problems at any other McDonald's like this only this one on 1085 Capital Blvd Battle Creek Mi 49017.
