This was brand new washing machine that was a replacement for a faulty model that would not spin correctly. I had to pay over $200 to have this washing machine replaced originally which is an issue in and of itself. It should have been replaced without that service fee. Fast forward a year and a 1/2 and this washing machine will not complete one small load in less than three hours. On top of that, the loads are constantly too wet to place in the dryer. My only course of action now is to seek legal help since this model has been nothing but problematic.
