I was short a free bag of Lindt Chocolate candy instead I got a $10.50 coupon that will not pay for this bag, so what do you want me to do? Over something so easy to fix when you buy a bag you get a bag free that is what is advertised not a 10.50 coupon.

Thank you for your reply. The cost of the missing item was $10.31 which is what the $10.50 courtesy coupon was applied for. This concern has also been forwarded to the Store Director.

On [protected]:57:51 we were given a $10.50cc credit for the issues with your pickup order that is still available in your clipped coupon area. Please provide more information regarding the missing chocolate to assist your further.
Desired outcome: The missing free bag of Lindt Chocolate candy that is now 12.59.

I was in the store addressed above, I stood in line for 10 minutes because your store was very busy due to the Covid 19 virus. After standing in line for ten minutes we get up to the register and the cashier on lane 17 who told us to unload our groceries that we had to go to another lane because she was going to miss her ride. She was very rude... telling other customers that she was waiting on ahead of me that I did not know what the hell I was doing still unloading my cart, she point blank told me that I needed to get my [censored] off her belt that she was not ringing up my order and she was not going to miss her ride because of me. I was so upset that I did remove my groceries off her belt and went to someone else, I have been shopping at your Meijer store for over thirty plus years if you look up my M-Perks you can see just this month alone I have spent over 448.00 dollars in your store this month. I shop for mulitple people including my work, I need to see this cashier get fired... normally I would never want someone to lose their job but this gril is not someone you want waiting on your customers. I did make a complaint to the manager on duty she said she knew her name and would take care of it. I am so unhappy about the way I was treated in front of my daughter and other customers, if this employee was working for me she would be looking for a new job. I returned to your Meijer store last night again and spent a couple more hundred dollars in your store which I can do the same thing at Kroger. If I happen to see her running your register again I will know how much you value your costumers and WILL take my business else where.
