Approx 420 pm..
Went in the, Livonia mi store to pick up an order I placed online the night prior.
It was used product and taped back up.. When the manager nyk/ nick came up he instantly said refund her, I replyed I want the product, can u replace it... (I didnt buy used product and did not expect it nor should I except it) he sent cashier to get the product, I stood and watched, she had the throw in her hands looking for the heated blanket and nyk approached her, next thing I know she comes back and says they dont have it in stock... I went myself to the shelf and there was plenty of both product.. I came back to the register and said to the cashier "u said there was none, where did I find this?" nyk was still being combative and trying to void my sale! And telling me not to talk to his cashier like that.. Really? What kinda fraud is this? So disrespectful toward me and in front of other people... The only fraud I know is this much, he used to work for me, prob the backlash I got in this store.. Check your cameras u will see what happened.. Never in my life been so disrespected you should be ashamed of yourself have these type of people working for biglots... I am sick over this! You need to fix this issue asap and I want a call from the district manager not even kidding.. Refrence number ofcomplaint [protected].. I will never shop in your stores again ever!
Desired outcome: nyk/nick to be reprimanded for his actions ... and the cashier that followed in his lead to lie and decieve saying there was no product because she was instructed to by nyk/nick .. what a poor bussiness practice ..
