MY family and I wanted to rent a room with a pool.
We decided to go with the days inn here in Madison Heights Michigan.
The first room they gave us had roaches in it which I do have pictures, they did in fact switch our room to a room where the tv does now work 2 channels are coming in.
I then called the desk and expressed my frustration and I'm not yelling boys the lady that interrupted me I couldn't even finish explaining the situation and my complaint without her hanging up on me I don't want to get gas and ask her why she hung up on me while I was explaining to her what was going on my angel on my way walking in the building after my roaming switch there's roaches on the hallway wall which I have a picture of that as well then she started yelling at me with her body over the counter she called me a [censored] and she tell me to get off the property after I've already paid for my room and my stay with my family and very unsatisfied .
Days Inn - misrepresentation of facility
I booked a room on booking.com. I confirmed with the facility via email. Upon arriving I was greeted with potholes in the driveway and the parking lot, an old repainted building, people loitering in along the building, old drapes, discolored windows and even larger potholes.
I cancelled the reservation and a pop-up said that I may still be charged for the room, but let the facility know why I cancelled and they may give me partial or all of the payment back. I let them know that the photos on the website were misleading. I awoke to a full charge for the room. I am sure minting this complaint because I would like a full refund. I have enclosed photos from the website and the facility.
