Breon from the michigan service department was the most unprofessional, arrogant, person I have spoken to in my life! He is clearly in the wrong job if he is a part of a customer service team! After waiting 25 minutes to speak to someone, breon answered and after no resolution of my issue, I asked to be transferred to a manager (or escalate the issue). He told me all associates in his department had the same authority and that there was no one to be transferred to! As a large corporation, I find it extremely hard to believe that there is no heirarchy of employees! He also refused to transfer me to another associate (of his same authority level) and said that me hanging up and trying to get a different rep (after waiting 25 minutes to get him) was my only option! This is all not even mentioning that my original issue was our dryer catching fire during a drying cycle! He assured me that appliances catching fire was a risk that all customers face with any electrical product! Wow! Terrible customer service! Someone needs to be aware of the employee you have giving a terrible experience to the customer!
