I PUT MY SON AND GRAND DAUGHTER XMAS SHOES IN LAYAWAY AND KEPT PAYING ON IT. I WENT TO GET LAYAWAY OUT IT WAS NOT THEIR. I CERTAINLY WAS NOT TOLD THAT RIGHT OFF HAND. I WAS THEIR 30 MINUTES WAITING ON MY ;AYAWAY, THEY BROUGHT ME A LAYAWAY AND IT WAS NOT MINE. AFTER 40 MINUTES PAST I ASKED FOR MANAGER, BUT WHEN SHE CALLED FOR A MANAGER SHE NEVER CAME, ME AND ONE OTHER LADY WAS THE ONLY PEOPLE IN LINE Y I WAS IN THIS STORE SO LONG BECAUSE OF THE NONE CARING BEHAVIOR OF THE EMPLOYEE WHO LEFT ME IN LAYAWAY AND LEFT HER CASH REGISTER. IN LATER ASK SOMEONE ELSE TO CALL MANAGER SHE LATER CAME, LATER CAME DIDNT NO WHAT TO DO . I JUST SAID GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND LAYAWAY. I AM SO PISSED BECAUSE MY SON TRIED ON ALL THOSE SHOES AND REALLY WANTED THEM . I FELT SO BAD WHEN I HAD TO TELL HIM WHAT HAPPEN. I WANT THAT STORE TO AT LEAST PAY FOR THEIR UN PROFFESSIONAL ATTITUDE AND THEIR CARELESSNESS. THE MANAGER DID NOT TAKE CARE OF ME THE CUSTOMER AS SHE SHOULD I LIVE IN A DIFFERENT CITY NO WHERE NEAR THIS BURLINGTON (GAS) AND I REALLY HATE HATE I HAD NO CONTROL NOR CAN DO ANYTHING BOUT MY SON AND MY DISAPPOINTMENT. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPEN TO ME
