ViSalus - shipped unwanted product

ViSalus autobilled my credit card for an unwanted product that was autoshiped to me without my knowledge or permission. After I refused delivery of the product and it was returned to them they refused to refund the entire amount of autobilled amount to my credit card but charged me for shipping and handling ($12.00) for an unsolicitated product that was an unathorized charge against my credit card. Their products are a ripoff - $61.00 for a little bag of soy bean flower protein mix. Do not buy from this company. They have agressive marketing techniques and unfriendly customer relations.

ViSalus - Visalus Fraud, Shipped Product Didn't Order - Refuses Refund

I canceled my ViSalus membership in March 2012 and they did not charge my credit card or send any product in April 2012. But all of a sudden 5/31/12 they charged my visa check card $115.68. I contacted them immediately and they stated to just return the product when it arrives and they would refund my entire balance they withdrew without authorization. Well I returned the product and here we are 7/13/12 and guess what ViSalus is saying now - they are not refunding my money! This is complete Fraud and a Scam and they have stolen $115.68 from my checking account and now have the product returned UNOPENED. I contacted the NC State Employees Credit Union, whom my visa check card is with, and the VP there actually warned me that if I return the product, they probably will keep your money too - boy he was right. You can't trust a multi-level-marketing company. The NCSECU have also been trying to work with this company, but they are refusing to give me the money they stole from me. Please refund my $115.68 as you have my money and the product - not good business. I am filing complaints with Attorney General in Michigan and the BBB - they need to be aware of all the complaints here on about this same issue - shipping products not ordered and then refusing to refund. People need to beware of this company.

As a promotor for Visalus I am shocked at these comments. I have never dealt with a company as fair and as generous as Visalus. I recently had a new customer who placed an order for a shape kit on my website. Before receiving her kit she decided that she would rather have the fuel kit which is $50 more. When I contacted Visalus to see if I could change her order they told me it was too late but they would ship her a free bag of cereal and they would pay for the shipping. Wow what an amazing company...and they did, the customer was blown away by their generosity. I recently ordered the new vi bites. They were all excellent with the exception of the dried veggies, I did not like this particular product. Myself and my upline contacted Visalus to let them know that we were not satisfied with the veggie vi bites. Immediately they offered to send us a box of our favourite vi bites...and they did. Wow what a generous company. I have no idea how you could be having the above problems with such an amazing company.

My advice, turn if your card because they never stop.thousands of dope are having this problem.i got out of it.the people who drew e in don't talk to me now because I " failed them", its truly a cult lie mentality as the owners tell them they are going to live the lifestyle the owners live, so if one fails to sell, they no longer ave use of them.its sad its so sad.we are asking about people from all walks of life who are being told that they are going to be millionaires .my point is this, if you don't cancel your card you will continue to deal with it.

I also ordered and then stopped the transaction 1 month after and to this day 4 months after still getting 115.00 charge each month and a package.this mponth a charge and no package!

I have the EXACT problem... only for $545! I am taking the same action. I have the picture of what was sent back, and they are insisting that I sent back "damaged and opened" product, which is a complete lie! I will be spreading the word about how horrible these people are just as much as they wanted me to spread the word about their product.

Also, I believe you need to speak with the attorney general in Minnesota...not Michigan.
