This is the review that I sent in earlier.
In short - I was hoping to speak to the owner of this store, but no response , have the owners name - Nick Lowen, but no return call or phone number. As a business owner myself and who has customer service expectations, I feel that this owner simply doesn't care about the quality of staff he hires or cares about his customers.

Generally our family loves Taco Johns, we ate at Taco Johns in Bemidji yesterday, always eat in - great experience and presentation - what we expected. Very clean store, staff well dressed, tables, soda fountain, and order counters, spotless.
Unfortunately, we live in Hibbing and over the last year quality and the presentations have been absolutely horrible... horrible. On our last visit I had a taco special. 3 tacos, oles, and soda. When I opened my 3 tacos, you couldn't tell if you have 1 taco or 5. It was like a crushed-up mess. Terrible. When I asked to speak to a manager on duty, the staff person only looked at me in blunder. No response and not even a offer of replacement. Communication skills - didn't exist. On 2 other visits roughly the same. Food everywhere, dirty tables, my son wouldn't even use the restroom it smelt and was so incredibly, dirty. Horrid.
I asked to speak to the owner following these visit and the staff person would not give me the owners number or name. Pretty much stated that the owner never calls customers and more than likely will not.
Wish that I had a positive post, but the attitudes and the no contact by the owner is unacceptable.
Clearly, they don't care about their customers or the food they deliver.
Desired outcome: At least a phone call and maybe even a replacement order on our last visit.Dewayne Wollack218 851 1218
