I went through self-check-out at the Lakeville Heritage Cub Foods. There were only 2 of 4 working which is common of this cub foods. After purchasing my items, I was waiting for a receipt and the salesperson running the self-checkouts, waiting behind me, asked me if I needed a receipt. I said, "yes please". She put paper in and was trying to get the receipt but could not, so I followed her to the front register, you know where the salespeople usually stand and talk and play on their phones. She attempted for about 6 minutes to get the receipt and could not after printing off like 10 receipts, so she says to me, "you paid for your groceries, right?" I said "of course." So basically, since she could not find the receipt, she decided to accuse me of stealing, even though she was standing right there when I paid for my groceries and why would I wait around for 6 minutes waiting for her to print my receipt if I actually was stealing groceries. I proceeded to pull up my Wells Fargo checking account and since I had paid for my groceries with my debit card, it was already listed in the deductions. I ended up telling her not to worry about it after I showed her the confirmation on my phone. I have been going to this store for 10 years. I have stayed with them even when they didn't take the sale signs down after a sale was over, overcharged me for sale items, had 1 of 4 self-checkouts working and yes even with horrible customer service but I have never been accused of stealing. Cub Foods-Heritage, what happened to you? I will not be back.!
