Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

I called and made an appointment, I specifically asked for some one
With lots of experiance on doing short cuts. She said oh yeah I can do that.
So I went in the following morning.
Oh my god what a mistake.
She started cutting with thinning sheers and then cut and cut. I new I should have stopped it right away
I did say let me look at it half way through so idid and I said this isnt right. Since I had showed her a picture before she started
She said well lets try this and again it wasnt right and said again
Lets try this.
By the time she had finished I was in tears, and I said I dont like she took affence and was rude then she asked a coworker if they could fix it
I had to come back an hour later.
The coworker trid to fix it best she could.
Bottem line is im stuckwith this really hidius cut all summerthe person should not be cutting hair. Ive been crying ever since
