I've donated off and on with BioLife in mhd for years. 2 years ago I went to donate and they said my protein was low. Other people I've overheard them tell that they have to go eat some protein and come back in a day or two. I'm told I have to have a blood draw and can't donate till it comes back. So I didn't even bother with them for 2 years. It's now 2...

14 years ago I woke up from sleeping and had a red irritation on my groin area. No sexual activity
I went to give plasma as I have been for years and was asked about a "rash", from wich I didn't really think of it as a rash but said yes. They kicked me out and said I was dishonest because I should of told them about it earlier. In fear it was an STD, (which is physically impossible because I haven't had sex in ages). It was as if the employees were putting words into my mouth, drawing a picture that wasn't true. I left and continued to give plasma at a different company for 14 years until recently I was turned away because my protein levels were low plus dehydration a few times. I didn't like the location of the facility. I never wanted to donate here in the first place. I wanted to go back to BioLife and made an appointment. They told me I had to meet with their manager. I met with her and claimed my innocence but she was persistent and non relenting. I expressed that I was angry because it's a falsehood and I'm innocent. It obviously wasn't an STD and it was them who jumped to conclusions. No STDs and I'm an honest person.
I should have the right to go back to BioLife and my innocence reclaimed.
Desired outcome: Permanent Deferral lifted

BioLife Plasma Services - Wait time/insufficient staff
My appointment today was for 5:50am, I walked into the building at 5:39 and there was already a line just waiting to get to the kiosks. After waiting 10 minutes just to do the questions, it was additional 10 minutes waiting for vitals, after vitals I finally got to a bed at 6:05am and then waited 15 more minutes to get connected, it took over a half hour just to start the donation process. Why is this? Why aren't the machines already set up before donors show up? Why are there only 3 vitals stations available? I ended up being late for work today. I plan to switch to talecris this coming summer to see if the wait is less and furthermore they open 30 minutes earlier.
Desired outcome: Less waiting.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
I went to the Broken Arrow location for nearly a year. I wish the wait times were this small- it takes 4-7 hours to make a donation. The lines are so long that they agreed handing out buzzers and taking down our phone numbers so we could wait in our cars. I would not go back until this is fixed. I like helping out, but I can't donate two full work days to do it.
BioLife Plasma Services - Got skipped
9/15/20- after getting through vitals which was quick as usual, I got to the bed about 5:45am, I sat there for about 15 minutes until a staff member came over only to watch them setup another donor first that sat down several minutes after me. This is quite frustrating as I have to go to work after donating and has happened a few times before. Can the staff please pay better attention to who is first? I think some staff spend too much time chatting. Not only was the wait to get going was long but I also got skipped and didn't get setup til 6:05, 20 minutes after I sat down. Side note: why aren't the machines setup and ready to go before the doors open? Wouldn't that lessen the time to get donors setup?
