Midland Credit Management [MCM] - Furniture services provided in St. Cloud, MN

We were contacted by Chad Kowitz from your Midland Credit Management location at 16 McLeland Rd, Suite 101, St. Cloud, MN to do some office furniture tear down. Our cost was $2,877.88 and billed on our Inv #100247 on 11/07/2022. I cannot get a hold of anyone there and your phone system keeps hanging up on me, nor will your "chat" option online work. Who can I talk to to get payment?
