I understand the occasional hair that may fall but tonight, 4-23-19 at about 5:29:24 pm my husband, myself and his mom ordered sandwiches and potato cakes to go. My husband pulled hair out of his mouth 2 seperate times from his sandwich and I pulled one off the potato cake that I ended up not eating because that's gross. Pretty sure I swallowed one from my sandwich because I can feel it in the back of my throat. We don't have photos because he pulled them out of his mouth and I threw mine away. our order total was $25.85 I would like a refund please, as i find this unnacceptable from any restaurant of any kind.
